California privacy notice
Effective May 14, 2026. This notice supplements our Privacy Policy for California residents and describes practices required by the CCPA as amended by the CPRA.
Categories of personal information collected
Identifiers (such as name, email address, postal address if provided, telephone number if provided); commercial information (records of services considered); internet or other electronic network activity information (such as browsing history on our Site, interactions with pages); geolocation data (approximate location derived from IP address); professional or employment-related information you choose to share; and inferences drawn from the above to route inquiries.
Purposes for collection and use
To respond to requests, prepare proposals, perform contracts, operate and secure the Site, comply with law, and understand aggregate Site usage when you opt in to optional analytics.
Disclosure of personal information
We disclose personal information to service providers that host the Site, deliver email, or support security. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Sensitive personal information
We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CPRA for the purpose of inferring characteristics, and we do not use sensitive personal information outside permitted purposes.
Retention
We retain categories only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, generally up to twenty-four (24) months for routine prospect inquiries unless a contract or law requires otherwise.
Your California rights
You may have the right to know, delete, correct, and obtain a copy of personal information, and to limit use of certain sensitive information where applicable. You may designate an authorized agent; we may require signed permission and identity verification. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Shine the Light
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California customers to request certain information regarding disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes as described in that statute.
