Return and Refund Policy

Cooling-off and cancellations
If you purchase a standardized remote package online where applicable consumer regulations grant a withdrawal period, you may cancel in writing within fourteen days from contract conclusion unless delivery has begun with your express request prior to the period ending.
Scheduled deliveries
For calendar-based facilitation, you may cancel without penalty up to ten business days before the first live session unless a different window appears in your order confirmation. Cancellations inside the window may incur costs already committed to subcontractors, itemized upon request.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within fourteen business days of approval. Currency fluctuations may affect the credited amount on non-USD instruments.
Digital materials
Downloadable scripts and cue cards are deemed delivered when made available to your designated recipients. If a refund is granted for a bundle that includes digital goods, access tokens will be deactivated as part of the resolution.
Quality concerns
If a session could not occur due to our fault, we will offer rescheduling first. Where rescheduling is not practical, we will propose a partial credit documented in email.
Chargebacks
Contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can review ledger entries cooperatively.
